Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellation:

We accept order cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may have already entered production and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Custom Orders:

Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once they are in production. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Replacements:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you.

Replacement Process:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Once verified, we will process your replacement and notify you once it ships.

Please note: We do not offer replacements for items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
