• After you place your order, please send me your pet’s photo(s) + name via Etsy message. **Please send a high-quality photo – the better the quality, the better the outcome. If unsure, please send a few photos and I’ll pick one.**
• Once digitized, you will receive a mockup for approval.
• Once approved, your order is sent for fulfillment.
**** Please note- after the portrait is done, I am able to do minor edits only. I am NOT able to re-create the piece using an entirely different photo than what you initially provided, so please carefully select the photo you would like me to use.
